Very helpful, patient and honest. I said what I was looking for and the staff brought out like 6 pair of shoes to fit the need. The experience felt very personal and accommodating. They also keep your purchases on file to learn about your ware on shoes so they can better fit your needs in the future. I was very impressed and satisfied with my purchase.

We were traveling through Milton and stopped. While they didn't have my or my husband's particular size ( wide for me, small for my husband), the owner/manager measured our feet, pointed out that my husband's feet were two different sizes and wrote down the model of both shoes so we could buy them elsewhere. While we were there another customer stopped by with a shoe they damaged and she offered to fix it at no charge! Definitely first class service. We wished we lived closer to patronize this story all the time

Very nice people here! They will actually measure your foot and make sure you get fit with the right size. Great customer service! I will definitely shop there again! A+++

Lovely place with very knowledgeable people running it. The service was top notch with proper fitting and adjustments. Good selection of the best shoes/boots in the respective types(trail, running, work, etc) They're my new go to shoe place for both running and work!

Today was my first time in Leeser's. My youngest who is two has Fred Flintstones feet. I can't find shoes to fit him anywhere. The ladies in there were so welcoming, helpful and had the greatest patience with my little ones 🥰. We walked out with a pair for my two year old and my three year old. My two year old refuses to even take his shoes off lol. I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be going back 😁.

Stopped in just to look. Did not expect such incredible service! Both ladies that helped us took their time, asked questions about my partner’s needs, and fit him. They even went as far as to put his shoes on and lace them up properly. On top of the kindness, information, and impeccable service, they even gave me a cough drop because I was coughing from getting over a cold. Above and beyond! You won’t find this kind of personalized service in a department store. They’ve got such high ratings already for a good reason! We left with two shoes that he adores. He even wore a pair out. We’ll be back for our next pairs!🫶
